 Donor Engagement Materials

This award honors exceptional materials designed to engage, inspire, and acknowledge donors. Eligible entries in the Donor Engagement Materials category can include annual reports, thank-you messages or gifts, impact reports, donor recognition pieces, personalized giving proposals, newsletters, and other creative collateral.

Submissions should demonstrate outstanding storytelling, creativity, and effectiveness in fostering meaningful donor relationships and showcasing the impact of philanthropy.


 Magazine produced by college/outside agency 

This award honors excellence in magazines created by colleges, universities, or external agencies on behalf of an institution. Submissions will be judged on overall design, editorial quality, creativity, and effectiveness in engaging the intended audience. Consideration will also be given to storytelling, alignment with institutional branding, and the magazine's ability to communicate its mission, showcase achievements, and foster a sense of connection with readers.

This award celebrates outstanding magazines created by students, whether as part of a course curriculum or through a student organization. Submissions will be judged on editorial quality, originality, creativity, and design. Additional criteria include effective storytelling, audience engagement, and the magazine’s ability to reflect student voices and perspectives. The award recognizes the dedication and talent of students in producing compelling publications that inform, inspire, and connect their community.
